Moderna Booster Vaccines will be provided at the Martin Luther King Jr. Senior Center on December 2 and 3 from 9 AM to 4 PM. The following people are eligible for a booster dose of the vaccine:
Those who should receive a booster dose:
- Individuals age 65 years and older
- Individuals age 18 years or older residing in a long-term facility
- Individuals age 50 through 64 years with underlying medical conditions or at increased risk of social inequities.
Those who may receive a booster dose:
- Individuals age 18 through 49 years with underlying medical conditions
- Individuals age 18 through 64 years who are at increased risk for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID disease) exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting
You may receive the Moderna Booster regardless of the initial vaccine that you originally received. No Janssen (J&J) boosters will be available on these days and so if you prefer to have a Janssen booster, you will have to register for another location.

- On the Schedule an Appointment Page- Enter zip code 89032 and Select date 12/2/21 or 12/3/21
- Select a time under- MLK Senior Center Moderna Only and hit NEXT
- Complete the remainder of your personal information to complete your appointment.
Appointments are required but you may contact the MLK Senior Center the day of the vaccines and check for walk-in availability.
