BEREAVEMENT & YOU presented by Nevada Resilience Project! This series offers discussions on grief. It provides support and encouragement in a safe space for individuals to speak on loved ones they have lost. It also offers education on self-care and isolation and ways to handle the “new norm”. These sessions recur every Thursday at 1:00 pm at the MLK Jr. Sr. Center. Space is limited to 15 attendees per session.
