Great, you have an interview scheduled, and they sent a Zoom link. Now it is time to make sure you create a Zoom account and figure out how it works. Get acquainted with all the buttons: mute, camera on/off, and screen sharing. Do a few test practice calls with friends and family and pay attention to what they are seeing. When you speak, we want the focus to be on you and not what is going on behind you.

TIP: Lighting matters! Channel your inner model and find a light source in front of your face, not behind you. Avoid mixing direct natural light with artificial sources, shutting blinds to reduce glare.
