Every Heartbeat Is Life *MLK Members Only*

This hypertension management program is an evidence-based curriculum, “Every Heartbeat is Life”, focused on helping people adopt healthier lifestyle choices that will help reduce their risk for heart disease or educate them on how to manage their condition. The curriculum is facilitated by Amineh Harvey, Health Educator and a Community Health Worker. It’s very interactive with hands-on learning tools to keep participants engaged.  A “Healthy Heart” recipe will be sampled after each session.
